About

Antelope Valley Adult Education offers individuals in our community an opportunity to advance professionally through quality, low-cost career technical education programs in the clerical/secretarial, medical, dental and technology fields. We also provide English as a Second Language, Citizenship, High School Diploma and High School Equivalency (GED) courses.

CTE

Antelope Valley Union High School District’s Career Technical Education (CTE) department is committed to preparing our students for college and careers through our career academies. CTE academies are small learning communities that offer 9th through 12th grade students the opportunity to gain skills required for college and career readiness, while learning in a 21st century environment.

Offerings

Elevate your skills and connect with essential community resources at Antelope Valley Adult Education. We offer practical tools for job readiness, including How to write a Resume and Computer Basics, alongside academic support like Tutoring and Effective Learning Techniques. Immigrants can pursue the English as a Second Language Program and Citizenship Course, while all students benefit from the Testing Center, the TechCenter, and the supportive structure of the Adults with Disabilities Program and Student Leadership Council.
