All workshops are Virtual and are held 12 - 12:45 p.m. Attendance is free and open to all AV Adult Education students.

    process.
  • November 9, 2023: College Financial Aid Workshop. Applying for financial aid to pay for college.
  • December 14, 2023: Self-Care and Coping Skills Workshop. Learn ways to decrease stress and manage your many responsibilities.
  • February 8, 2024: Career Exploration. Learn to use online resources to plan your career path.
  • March 7, 2024: Career Technical Education Programs. Antelope Valley Adult Education Career Technical Education program information.
  • April 11, 2024: California Community Colleges and more about Antelope Valley College. Information about the 116 California community colleges, and specific programs at Antelope Valley College.
  • May 8, 2024: Antelope Valley College Application Assistance (In Person). Antelope Valley Adult Education counselors will assist you with your Antelope Valley College application.
