An Administrative Assistant provides clerical support to business or organizations, usually to an executive, director, or manager of the business. They take on administrative tasks that help free-up time for more strategic and operational work, making the organization more productive. Administrative assistants perform a variety of secretarial duties and tasks that include preparing reports, conducting research, and collecting and distributing data.
WHAT Will i do?
Administrative Assistant may serve as a receptionist, welcoming and directing visitors and answering and transferring phone calls. They will help coordinate meetings, schedule travel, prepare for conferences, and help set-up appointments. Duties also include preparing agendas for meeting, taking notes and minutes during meetings, performing bookkeeping, and making sure office supplies are replenished.
