Teach students to build real-life businesses - In the Entrepreneurship course, students don't just learn about starting a business—they actually create their own businesses from scratch using real technology tools. Students come up with their own business idea, design a website and logo, create email marketing campaigns, and even pitch their company to potential investors in a Shark Tank-style competition!

WHAT IS IT?

Entrepreneurship is the process of designing, launching and running a new business or the "capacity and willingness” to develop, organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks to make a profit.

WHAT Will i do?

In this three-level course, students create their own real-life businesses from scratch, covering important steps in the process such as:

  • ​Business idea generation and go-to-market strategy
  • Branding, logo design, and website building
  • Selling, marketing, and pitching investors

​Interactive activities include coming up with a business model, using a CRM, conducting a break even analysis, playing Entrepreneur Trivia, and participating in a live Investment Pitch Contest!
